The authors of accepted papers are invited to submit the final paper 4 weeks after acceptance by means of the submission system of the 16^th ISAP Conference.

In order for your paper to be included in the conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, you have to upload the following files together with the final manuscript:

• Confirmation email from IEEE PDF eXpress in plain text. A copy of your IEEE Xplore® compatible PDF is attached to this email.
• IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) in pdf format.

Before uploading your final manuscript click on Edit Submission and fill out "Keyword" and "Abstract" on your submission profile.

You can submit eCF to IEEE through our submission system by clicking on Fill and submit IEEE Copyright Form under "IEEE Copyright Form & pdf eXpress".

When you upload your final manuscript please note that the maximum file size is 2 MB.

Submission of the final paper should be done using the submission system's Upload File link

After the submission, an acknowledgement of receipt will be set to the corresponding author's email address. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us for technical support at ISAP 2011.

All information related to the paper will be sent to the corresponding author only.

Please note that at least one full-fee paying author should register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings.

Full paper template

Full papers must be prepared according to IEEE-PES template and should preferably not exceed 6 pages.

IEEE Xplore® Compatibility

Please prepare and check the full paper pdf file, duly verified for IEEE Xplore® compatibility. See the guidelines for completing this procedure here.

Once the procedure is complete and your paper is verified as compatible for IEEE Xplore® an email will be sent by IEEE to the authors email address.

• Copy the text contained in the sent email into a plain text file. A sample of the text contained in the email can be found here
• Save the text file into your local computer using a txt extension.
• Click on Upload eCF or pdf eXpress verification file. You can navigate to the specified page either by clicking on the above link or under the "IEEE Copyright Form or pdf eXpress verification files" section of the ISAP 2011 submission system.
• Select "pdf eXpress verification file" in the Submission Type field.
• Fill in the identification number and password of the paper you are submitting the verification file for.
• Click on "Choose File" and select the text file you saved earlier in your computer.
• Make sure that the selected Format is Text.
• Click on "Upload File" to submit your Xpress verification file.

IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF)

Publication of your paper(s) in the Proceedings of 2011 ISAP Conference and IEEE Xplore® is conditioned by compliance with the IEEE Intellectual Property Rights requirements. You can submit your eCF online through the ISAP conference submission system.

• Click on Fill and submit IEEE Copyright Form.
• Enter the identification number and password of your submission and press "Select Submission". A form complete with your submission details will appear in the next page. Please note that only the contact author is needed for this procedure so only his/her name will be listed in the Authors form field.
• After reviewing the form, press "Copyright Submission" to submit the form to IEEE. You will then be redirected to IEEE eCF webpage.
• Follow the instructions by IEEE to complete the procedure.

Upon successful submission, IEEE will send your eCF verification as a file (usually named CopyrightReceipt.pdf) in pdf format attached to a confirmation email. This file should be uploaded to our submission system. A sample of the eCF file that will be sent to you can be found here

To upload the file click on the Upload eCF or pdf eXpress verification files and select "eCF submission verification file" in the Submission Type form field. Click on Choose File,select the pdf file sent by IEEE and then click Upload File to complete the submission. Please make sure javascript is enabled on your browser for proper file submission.

You can check whether your Copyright Transfer Receipt (eCF) and IEEE Xplore® (PDF eXpress) files for your paper were properly uploaded to the conference's submission site by visiting the Check eCF & pdf eXpress verification files status under the "IEEE Copyright Form & pdf eXpress" section.

Important for registration

It is expected that at least one full-fee paying author of each paper will register and pay the appropriate fee before an accepted paper will be released for publication in the 2011 ISAP Proceedings or scheduled for presentation during the 2011 ISAP technical sessions.

A paper may be registered as student paper if the paper is authored or co-authored by a graduate or undergraduate student, who has had a major contribution in the preparation, and who presents the paper at the conference.
