Information for Authors
Authors are invited to submit an electronic copy of the full paper in IEEE
format to the Conference Secretariat by August 1st, 2009. The paper, not
exceeding 6 pages, should contain the title, the names and affiliations of the
authors, and the list of keywords in the IEEE PES standard double column format
without the first page 2-inch blank. Proposals for panel sessions are also
invited and should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. A selection of
the best papers in ISAP 2009 will be considered for publication in a special
issue of the International Journal of Engineering Intelligent Systems. A
detailed preliminary program and a registration form will be sent on request by
